Installing .ISO File on Windows 8 and Higher

Question:
How do I install ISO files on windows 8 and higher?
Answer:
To install ISO files on windows 8 or higher preform the following:
 
Mount Option
  1. Navigate to location of saved ISO file

    User-added image

  2. Right-Click on ISO
  3. Click on Mount  option
    Note: Some newer versions of Windows 10 may not have the Mount option see below for steps.

  4. Click on the new drive created by ISO

  5. Click on the .exe file to launch the installation wizard for the software

Mount Option Not Available
  1. Navigate to location of saved ISO file
  2. Right-Click on ISO
  3. Hover over Open with
  4. Click Choose default program
  5. Select Windows Explorer
  6. Click OK
